BTR PRP is committed to the reliable and efficient delivery of FDA-cleared medical devices to healthcare providers across the United States. By operating a direct-to-provider model from our Fullerton, California facility, we ensure a streamlined supply chain with clear professional standards for logistics.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are subject to a standard handling period before shipment.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
  • Business Operations: Processing occurs during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST), excluding federal holidays.

2. Transit Times & Shipping Carriers

We utilize major commercial carriers (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure secure delivery of medical kits and hardware.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA Only): We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Once processed, shipments typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon the generation of a shipping label.

3. Shipping Rates

BTR PRP currently offers standardized shipping across our entire product catalog to support medical practice economics.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are currently providing Free Shipping on all orders, including individual PRP kits, starter packages, and centrifugation hardware.
  • Future Adjustments: BTR PRP reserves the right to modify shipping rates or implement minimum order thresholds for future promotions.
  • Calculated at Checkout: Should shipping fees apply to specific high-weight freight or expedited requests, the total cost will be clearly displayed in your cart prior to final payment.

4. Delivery & Inspection

  • Address Accuracy: BTR PRP is not responsible for shipment delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of order.
  • Signature Requirement: Due to the high value and regulatory nature of Class II medical devices, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Damage in Transit: Upon receipt, inspect all packages for signs of damage. If your order arrives compromised, you must notify [email protected] within 48 hours with photo documentation to initiate a carrier claim.
