- Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit.
- Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and promptly notifying us of any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations: “All Sales Final” Policy
Because our products include single-use sterile medical devices, returns and refunds are subject to strict limitations to maintain the integrity and safety of the supply chain:
- All Sales Are Final: Due to strict regulatory requirements and the nature of sterile medical components, all purchases of PRP kits and associated sterile devices are final.
- No Returns on Sterile Goods: We cannot accept returns on medical devices once they have been shipped, as we cannot verify storage conditions or ensure the continued sterility of the product once it has left our chain of custody.
- Time Limits for Reporting Issues: Any claims regarding manufacturer defects or shipping errors (incorrect items sent) must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
8. Regulatory and Proper Use
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Our devices must be used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
- It is your responsibility to determine whether our products and any associated protocols are appropriate for your practice and patients.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, licenses, or certifications required to use our products.
